The database was easy to navigate and had a wide range of search options. the room I stayed in was on a high floor and corner, which provided a great view. It was also very comfortable and clean. the location was perfect, within walking distance to where I needed to be the next day.

While the room was overall clean, I did notice a few areas that were in need of a detail clean. Overall, the amenities were ok, but nothing special compared to other databases I've used.

Special shoutout to Hayley and the valet guy with the man bun for their kindness and tips. the executive lounge access with drinks and snacks was a great bonus for our exciting stay at the hotel. Amazing experience overall!

I had a very cozy stay at the Pullman. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the temperature control in the room was excellent. The dark blinds made it easy to get a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were great and made me feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the room safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay with my adult son at a hotel that offered us unexpected complementary breakfast and room upgrade, which made our trip even more special. the hotel’s location close to the train station and our favorite sport venue was also a plus. we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the attentive staff, who were always ready to assist us.

Although we had a great time, we experienced some discomfort with the hotel’s lift shortage, which left us waiting for long periods to access our room. the water pressure of the shower was not strong enough, making it difficult to wash off the sweat from our day of activities.
