I stayed at a hotel in a great location, just a short walk to the Bund and very near the metro station. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary facilities, like a mini-fridge, iron, and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options.

The gym was lacking in equipment and there was no room service available after 9pm.

The hotel is situated in a great area, just off main streets and in a park, making it a perfect location for young holiday goers. It is so close to popular tourist areas like the pedestrian road and offers easy access to the Bund. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable, with clean and stylish bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast offers a good selection of both Chinese and western dishes. the hotel provides great facilities and advantages for a pleasant stay.

Some rooms may face a noisy courtyard, so it is advisable to request a room facing the street for a quieter stay.

metropolo was the perfect choice for my stay in shanghai. the location near the bund was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. the staff were kind and attentive, and the room was spacious and clean. a truly amazing experience!

Great location near the Bund and shopping malls. Clean and comfortable rooms with fun Japanese toilets. Good breakfast with a mix of Chinese and European options. Helpful staff. Close to metro station and felt safe in the neighborhood.

The location is excellent, just 400m walking distance from the Shanghai Bund. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local attractions. The rooms are well-finished and comfortable, with some even offering balconies and classic views of the Bund. There are plenty of restaurants and a Family Mart nearby for convenience. The hotel also has good security.

The location of Metropolo was perfect for exploring Shanghai on foot. Our room was clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. Despite some noise from the street outside, we were able to sleep well. I recommend this hotel.

We were amazed by the luxurious experience this hotel provided us. The facilities in the room were exclusive and modern, fulfilling all our needs. The room advantages exceeded our expectations, with a supersonic toilet seat and a nightstand that lit up when we set foot out of the bed. The location advantages were also great, with the hotel being located close to the Bund. We also enjoyed the leisure/TV room, which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city.

The Wi-Fi could have been faster, but it did not affect our overall experience. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were not used during our stay, though we heard great reviews from others who visited them.
