I recently stayed at Crown Towers for a special occasion and had a fantastic time. The room was stunning with an option to upgrade for a better view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the bath with a TV. The little surprise chocolates on the bedside tables were a nice touch after dinner. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

This hotel provided us with an exclusive and luxurious stay. The hospitality was outstanding and the staff was always ready to help. We enjoyed spending time here, and its unique range of amenities like the spa centre, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi made our stay unforgettable. The entertainment facilities were also great. We would also like to mention a special menu prepared for us by the Restaurant, which satisfied all of our dietary needs. The room was cosy and comfortable, with some private facilities that made us feel appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here to others who want a luxurious experience.

We did face one minor issue where the view from our room was not the best, and it was facing a car park, which didn't live up to our expectations. Apart from this, the overall experience was impressive and exceeded our expectations.

We appreciated the helpful concierge and free valet parking offered as compensation due to maintenance. The spacious room was equipped with an iPad and TV in the bathroom, and the staff was attentive and accommodating.

The long check-in wait was unpleasant and affected our mood upon arrival.

I really got my money's worth at Crown Towers. The room was absolutely stunning and the decor was amazing. The location was great, overlooking the river, and the staff treated us incredibly well.

The breakfast menu could have been better, especially the churros which were extremely stale.

The service provided by Emily, our hotel staff, was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon was perfect. The amenities at the hotel were incredible, and we especially loved the buffet breakfast at Epicurean. The highlight was the bath with a TV, which added a luxurious touch to our stay.

Room cleanliness is subpar, hair left in bathroom and other guests' belongings found in the room. Uninterested and vague responses from staff did not instill confidence.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The spacious premium room had a stunning view of the river, and it was a perfect escape from my busy life. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided outstanding service in every aspect, from the pool to the reception desk to the bar. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday. I was truly impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff. I'm already planning to come back for Christmas and Boxing Day!

Great river and city views from the room, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient and the hotel had good restaurants and services.

The TV placement in the room was inconvenient, blocking the view from the bed. there was a floodlight outside the window that made it difficult to sleep at night with the blinds open.
