During my recent stay at MGM Macau, I was blown away by the exceptional attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The lobby's stunning decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. Every aspect of my stay was meticulously planned and executed, creating an unforgettable experience. The hotel truly understands how to make their guests feel special, and I am grateful for the precious memories made during my time here. Despite a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff, I can confidently say that MGM Macau is a place I would highly recommend.

The hotel had luxurious amenities and the room was spacious. the view from the room was breathtaking and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the hotel offered a wide range of dining options that catered to different tastes.

The staff at the hotel lacked basic communication skills and customer service was subpar. the check-in process was disorganized and the staff was unhelpful.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is close to all the old classic Macau restaurants and famous attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the sea. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful, providing a thorough tour of the facilities and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room lacked some modern amenities such as movies on the TV and a PowerPoint in the bathroom.

Luxurious spa and exclusive amenities. We loved how this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the spa was a highlight, with impressive amenities including a sauna, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and full-body massages. the private facilities were an exclusive advantage.

Limited dining options. While the restaurant had a good continental breakfast selection, the options for lunch and dinner were limited.
