During my recent stay at MGM Macau, I was blown away by the exceptional attention to detail and genuine care provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a valued guest. The lobby's stunning decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. Every aspect of my stay was meticulously planned and executed, creating an unforgettable experience. The hotel truly understands how to make their guests feel special, and I am grateful for the precious memories made during my time here. Despite a few minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff, I can confidently say that MGM Macau is a place I would highly recommend.

Spacious 2 bedroom suites with bay views. Lovely cake and arrangements for celebrations. Excellent Cantonese food at the Chinese restaurant. Amazing quiet swimming pool. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel had luxurious amenities and the room was spacious. The view from the room was breathtaking and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the hotel offered a wide range of dining options that catered to different tastes.

The staff at the hotel lacked basic communication skills and customer service was subpar. The check-in process was disorganized and the staff was unhelpful.

The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, as it is close to all the old classic Macau restaurants and famous attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the sea. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful, providing a thorough tour of the facilities and ensuring a pleasant stay.

The room lacked some modern amenities such as movies on the TV and a PowerPoint in the bathroom.

My partner and I were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival at MGM. The room was fantastic, and the service provided by the staff was top class. We were impressed by the high standard of the entire hotel, and the helpfulness of the staff. We would definitely visit MGM again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious spa and exclusive amenities. We loved how this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs. The spa was a highlight, with impressive amenities including a sauna, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and full-body massages. The private facilities were an exclusive advantage. The treatment rooms were meticulously clean, and the staff was professional and friendly.

Limited dining options. While the restaurant had a good continental breakfast selection, the options for lunch and dinner were limited.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything and convenient to any famous attractions. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided every morning. the hotel provided excellent cleanliness, convenient transportation, and friendly staff.
