The hotel is conveniently located near Kerry Centre shopping mall, offering a great variety of food and shopping options. It is also within walking distance to a nice shopping mall. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with a majestic lobby that sets the tone for a special stay. The service is professional and fast, with friendly staff who respond to requests promptly. The hotel also features a large and comprehensive fitness centre and pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

The hotel's location makes it difficult to find a taxi nearby.

The hotel's location is perfect for both business and leisure visitors, as it is connected to a shopping center and within walking distance to a famous attraction. the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were amazing, with a wide variety of choices and a local dining experience. the staff provided engaging service, especially at the executive clubs, and check-in/check-out was efficient.

The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with cigarette ash in the bathroom and on the terrace upon arrival, and a high cost for in-room service beverages. the TV was also relatively small and quiet.

Rooms are comfortable and in-room breakfast is a must. the location, near a bustling shopping area, adds to the appeal.

There was a minor issue with the service, with one request taking longer than expected. the warm and friendly staff more than make up for it.
