The metro only 5 min walk ahead of hotel, very convenient to move around even with children along. Free WiFi allows us to stay connected. Food court and supermarket nearby. Starbucks just below the hotel.

enjoyed our stay at modena by fraser. kids loved playing safely in the comfortable family-friendly room. the access to bbc news and english movies was a nice touch. grateful for the clean towels and bed. will definitely come back again.

Slow and insufficient staff attention.

We recently stayed at Modena and had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and professional, assisting us with taxis and translating addresses. The location was convenient, with a subway station just a 5-minute walk away and a shopping mall nearby. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The separate kitchen was a great feature, and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. we were impressed with Modena and would definitely book again in the future.

The location was perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently close to public transportation and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Being able to easily access the subway and have a variety of restaurants to choose from made my stay very convenient. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and taken care of during my stay.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few minor inconveniences. The rooms had a slight dampening smell due to the lack of sunlight reaching certain areas, such as the bathroom and kitchenette.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel! The 2 bedroom loft apartment at Modena By Fraser was perfect for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway station right through the underground passage. We loved the fact that there was a Starbucks right outside for our morning coffees. we had a wonderful experience at Modena By Fraser and would definitely stay here again.

The loft was modern and comfy and the fitness room was decent. The metro station was a three-minute walk and provided easy access to many attractions in the city.

The Asian breakfast was not to my taste and the cleaning in the bathroom could have been better.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the comfortable and spacious loft apartment. It had a homely feel and was well-equipped with modern amenities. The grandeur and beauty of the place showcased in the pictures online is exactly what you get in person. the location of the hotel was key, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city.

One issue I had was with the lack of soundproofing in the room. I could hear noise from neighboring guests in the halls and stairs, which was a bit disruptive.
