The hotel is conveniently located for visiting the Birmingham German Christmas markets. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also offers a nice little beer garden to enjoy the nice weather. there are several curry houses along the high street for a meal before or after your visit to the markets.

Some guests experienced issues with the breakfast, including the cooked breakfast which was described as disgusting. The service during breakfast was also reported as poor, with staff being miserable and unengaged in conversation.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. the staff at the hotel were friendly and tried their best to assist with any requests. - the car park felt safe and secure, with plenty of cameras.

The hotel felt run down and in need of renovation. The rooms and corridors were dark and cramped, with poor ventilation.

The breakfast had many options and the food was tasty. the staff members were polite and friendly. the hotel was conveniently situated near the city centre and shopping areas. the room had clean bedding and the bathroom was clean.

The dance music was very loud from the discotheque at the hotel, which made sleep impossible. the heating system was malfunctioning and the room was too cold making it difficult to sleep.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located on a Main Street in a charming village. The hotel's location was perfect for those needing easy access to Birmingham airport. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with options for both twin beds and double beds. I was particularly pleased with the attention to detail, such as having an air conditioning unit in the room, which was a welcome relief during the summer heat. Additionally, breakfast was included and served promptly at 9.10am, ensuring a good start to the day.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The value for money was great, with a clean and spacious room. The location was superb for the NEC and the staff were friendly and helpful.
