We couldn't have found a better location for our stay in Beijing! As two diehard public transport enthusiasts, the subway station right outside the hotel was a dream. With easy access to Line 2 and Line 5, including the Airport Express, getting around the city was a breeze. Plus, being in the Dongcheng area meant we were surrounded by recommended restaurants and local delicacies. The nearby malls were also an added bonus, offering a variety of dining options and plenty of shopping opportunities.

Our stay at the Beijing Xinqiao Hotel felt very homey, leaving us with no reason to complain.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in front of a metro station and with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. the convenience of having the metro station just steps away made it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel had a bakery next to the lobby that served delicious bread and pastries, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

The bathrooms in the hotel were quite old and in need of renovation. Water would come out of the shower and the floors would get wet, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a cozy atmosphere. The staff at the reception were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and Chinese cuisine, offering something for everyone. Additionally, the hotel had a cafe on-site, which was a perfect place to relax in the evening. the hotel provided excellent facilities and services, making it great value for money.

The lack of dining options in the immediate area, which sometimes required taking a taxi to find a suitable restaurant.

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, making communication easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the hot spring water supplied in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. I must also mention the guest experience manager, Mr. Julie Nafti, who was a great help, especially as he spoke Arabic. Additionally, Sally at the trips and excursions desk was very helpful with general information and directions around the city. my stay was enjoyable and I am grateful for the assistance and amenities provided at Xinqiao Hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - just steps away from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is also conveniently close to all the main tourist attractions, such as Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Additionally, the hotel served a delicious international breakfast, so I didn't have to worry about finding food in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered me a rebate for staying on the Premier floor, which gave me access to private breakfasts and complimentary refreshments. The tour I booked through the hotel was also excellent, adding to the overall great experience.

The location was perfect, right opposite the Chongwenmen underground train station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the nearby tourist attractions, as well as navigate the city easily. The area surrounding the hotel was also very pleasant, allowing us to enjoy peaceful walks during our leisure time. Additionally, the hotel provided top-notch services such as room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and convenient. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We were also impressed by the rich and delicious breakfast offered at the hotel's dining restaurant.

The only minor drawback we experienced was that some of the staff members did not seem well-versed in hospitality. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience and we would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location, right in the heart of Beijing!

I've stayed here at the Xinqiao Hotel almost 25 times over the last eight years. The service is excellent and reasonably priced. The morning breakfast buffet and Citrus restaurant are fantastic. The staff, even the trainees, are always eager to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good selection of TV programs. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location, just steps away from Chongwenmen Station Subway. This made it so convenient to explore the city. The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially Lee at the concierge desk. He organized our car to the Great Wall in just minutes! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, there was a good selection of hot dishes, pastries, bread, and fruit.

The only downside was that the check-in process was a bit slow. The hotel is quite popular, so they could use more reception staff to speed things up.
