This hotel is conveniently located very close to Hongqiao airport, making it easy to catch a flight. The easy access to taxis makes transportation hassle-free, and there is a new ikea mall being constructed nearby. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a decent selection, and the hotel is very clean and well-maintained.

Spent my new year at a hotel in the bustling city. the hotel had two restaurants as dining options and comfy beds to offer. the rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel was located in a secluded area, far from any tourist attractions. the individual room temperature control wasn't functioning properly, which caused the room to become hot, and there wasn't a convenient light switch.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were also delighted with the complimentary upgrade we received, which enhanced our stay even more. the hotel's high-end quality fittings and modern decor added a luxurious touch to our experience.

One aspect we found disappointing was the location of the hotel. It was further from the airport than anticipated, requiring a longer journey due to road closures and construction.

The location was convenient for us, being close to Hongqiao Airport. The breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom/shower was clean and looked brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

The sole issue we experienced was the minor inconvenience of a noisy water flowing sound in the room, which came from one corner. Though the hotel provided earplugs on the side table next to the bed, it made sleeping a bit challenging.

The premier lounge on the 11th floor was a fantastic addition to my stay at Novotel. The upgraded room made up for the underwhelming front desk clerk experience. The housekeeping staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a clean and well-maintained hotel. I would recommend this hotel.
