During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a comfortable king-sized bed. The view of the impressive skyline from my room was a delightful bonus. having a well-stocked kitchen in the room was convenient for preparing snacks and drinks.

There were a couple of aspects that detracted from my experience. the temperature of the shower was inconsistent, ranging from uncomfortably hot to lukewarm.

Well-furnished apartment with clean rooms and various cookery. Efficient staff, excellent location near metro, shopping malls, and restaurants. Will definitely return in the future.

The internet connection in the hotel is slow and unstable, which can be frustrating for guests who need to stay connected.

During my recent stay at Oakwood, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and modernity of the hotel. The studio room I stayed in was the biggest I have ever experienced in a hotel. The high view of Guangzhou from my room was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, as everything was spotless and well-maintained.

Although I didn't have the chance to experience the breakfast, I would have appreciated a better variety of vegetarian options. As a cheese lover, I also found the cheese selection to be quite limited.

Convenient location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Friendly and attentive staff who provided good service.- Comfortable and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities.

Some aspects of the room were outdated and in need of maintenance. Noise from neighboring rooms and external sources could be disruptive and affected sleep quality.

My Christmas stay at the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. the rooms were clean and had a small but useful kitchen. the gym was spacious and the pool was refreshing. the hotel is located near malls and a train station, making it easy to explore the area. I loved the friendly staff who provided great service and made my stay enjoyable.

The hotel lacks the luxuries of a typical international 5-star property. I was hoping for more pampering services and amenities.

The hotel had great amenities like a steam bath/shower combo and a corner city view in one of the bedrooms. The living/dining area was nice and the kitchen had the basics. The location was convenient with easy access to GrandView Mall and various subway lines. Plenty of dining options nearby.

I recently stayed at Oakwood Premier for a business trip and had a great experience. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Grace at reception, really impressed me. The location was perfect and the Canton Fair shuttle was quick and efficient, dropping us off right where we needed to be. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

This hotel’s customer service is truly unmatched. From the moment of check-in, every staff member was attentive and accommodating. The spacious and luxurious room had exclusive amenities such as a steam room and in-room breakfast. The on-site restaurant and bar were exquisite, with a variety of snacks and drinks available 24/7. The location was ideal, with easy transportation options to nearby shopping centers.

The otherwise impeccable stay was slightly affected by a minor issue with one of the room appliances. The sauna didn't work as expected.
