During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the welcoming staff at this hotel. They were always available and had a great attitude. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of one of the best areas in the city. Additionally, the sport facilities, especially the swimming pool, were fantastic and provided a great way to relax and unwind.

They served the same breakfast every day, and if you chose the Japanese breakfast, you couldn't go back to the buffet for other options. This limited choice was frustrating, especially if you didn't enjoy the Japanese breakfast.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The 60's hotel-inspired lounge bar and evening buffet were unique touches that we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that catered to all our cravings. The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and other attractions. We felt safe in the area and will definitely return.

The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, offering a unique selection including chirashi sushi. Though the rooms could use an update, we have a lot of respect for the hotel management's dedication to maintaining a high standard. we would highly recommend this hotel for its spacious accommodations and reasonable prices in the heart of old Shanghai.

The location is excellent - near to the metro line. Hotel shopping is very good value. A very comfortable bed. In-hotel dining is very good - especially the Japanese restaurant. Super clean and comfortable room. Professional service from receptionist Miss Li Hua Feng. Great breakfast with custom-made omelettes. Beautiful park in the hotel. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Shanghai Metro and world class retail outlets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the large atrium restaurant area, which was great for meetings and catching up with friends. We were lucky enough to get a nice view of the garden from our room, which was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast at the Yamazato restaurant on the second floor was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and service oriented.
