We had a fantastic stay here with our family. The hotel's location is very close to the main square, making it easy for us to explore the city. The easy approach to get a water boat taxi was a plus, as we could easily go everywhere we wanted to. The service at this place was amazing, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping available. The staff members were very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel also had great facilities, such as Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from St Mark's Square in the heart of the city. We loved being in the center of Venice, surrounded by the beautiful canals.
