Just checked out after a two nights stay at Ovolo and we will be back in a few weeks. I’ve had a lot of work trips to this city over the years and stayed at a lot of hotels and this was comfortably the most enjoyable. It’s a brilliant location for restaurants and bars - literally a hundred meters away - and quite a few nice little touches like the free mini bar, breakfast etc which is good. But it’s the service that really seals the deal - very attentive and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

My stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with the newly opened Veda restaurant just a short walk away. The walk from downtown up the steep hill was worth it, as it offered breathtaking views of the city. The hotel was also conveniently located next to the vibrant clubbing district, providing plenty of entertainment options. The room was spacious and stylishly furnished, with modern facilities such as a colour printer and a power adapter. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast at the nearby American diner was delicious and a great start to our day.

The noise from the nearby clubs, bars, and restaurants could be heard even on the higher floors, which was a minor inconvenience.

Great stay overall! the hotel's unique vibe added to its charm. the location was perfect for exploring the city and had plenty of options for eating and drinking nearby. the amenities were impressive, especially the free mini bar and spacious bathroom. the personalized heating/cooling system was a nice touch.

At times, the staff seemed distracted and not overly interested in helping with directions. the noise level from the surrounding area could be loud, so getting a high-up room is recommended.

I was pleased with the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were always attentive to my needs. the prime location of the hotel was a major advantage , I had easy access to shopping areas and transportation. the leisure room was a great place to relax and unwind, especially after a long day of exploring the city. the continental breakfast at the restaurant was a delightful way to start my day.
