The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is a hidden gem. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and it's never crowded. We stumbled upon it by chance and were greeted by a friendly woman with a contagious smile. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, nearly all staff members spoke fluent English.

From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by the luxurious amenities in this hotel. the spa and wellness centre is top-notch, with a variety of treatments that left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also impressive, offering a serene environment for me to unwind. the massage was exceptional, and the spa lounge was a perfect place to relax afterwards. the sun terrace was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink in the evening, overlooking the beautiful garden area. the restaurant and bar area offered a fantastic selection of food and drinks, with special diet menus available. this hotel provided an exclusive and sophisticated experience.

The only minor negative aspect was the location of my room. While it was still a great room with exclusive facilities, it was not as close to some of the hotel amenities as I would have preferred.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the famous Humble Administrator's Garden and is next to a nice park that guests can access freely. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel offers delicious cuisine, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests can easily reach the hotel via taxi. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The hotel has a great indoor and outdoor pool and offers a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel also provides a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The buffet breakfast area could be cleaner and better organized.

The hotel provided a lovely Christmas decoration throughout their spacious and cozy lobby and stunning gardens. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the guests feel welcome. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby main attractions was a thoughtful touch.

The experience was marred by the lack of hot water in the room, which made showering uncomfortable during the chilly winter weather. the food offered during breakfast was limited and not as fresh as expected.

The hotel's design is great, with a beautiful outdoor pool and strong showers. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and child-friendly. The club lounge is excellent, and the breakfast has a good variety of food options.
