I must say, the value for the money spent at Platinum Suite was exceptional. The room was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. I couldn't have asked for more.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the noisy rooms due to the hotel's location on a busy avenue and the additional cost for parking, overall I had a fantastic experience at the Platinum Hotel. The personal touch and attention to detail made my stay truly special.

I have to give a special shoutout to the breakfast server, who was always smiling and polite. the breakfast spread at the hotel was truly amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. this has been one of my best hotel experiences in Colombia. I recently stayed at a hotel in a very safe neighborhood, just a short walk from the American Embassy. The staff at Platinum Suite were excellent - they were helpful, professional, and made my stay memorable. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the free breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options including tamales, caldo, fruit, and omelettes. It was the best hotel breakfast I've had in Colombia. my experience at Platinum Suite was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

Despite the language barrier, the driver ensured I reached the airport on time and safely. The comfortable bed and great shower were much appreciated. My family also stayed in two adjoining rooms and were amazed by the quality of the rooms, restaurant, and fantastic breakfast. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist them, making their stay truly memorable. Planning another trip from Orlando, I will definitely choose Platinum Suites again. Great job!
