One particular staff member went above and beyond to help me hail a taxi outside the premises, despite the language barrier. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. I also appreciated the convenience of having a convenience store across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hong Kong.

I recently stayed at the Park Hotel in Hong Kong for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and Harbour City within a short walk. Great location, just a short walk to Victoria Harbor and the Tsim Sha Tsui station. Plenty of food options nearby, including some decent Indian cuisine restaurants. the staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Our first room felt older and had a support post blocking access to one side of the bed. the second room we were moved to was smaller than expected, lacking the additional seating area that was advertised.
