We had an amazing time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday at this hotel. The staff knew us by name and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They provided a praying rug and Quraan in our room, along with the Qibla direction and prayer times. The late checkout and free access to the spa after check out were great. The concierge service helped us schedule high-end meals outside the hotel. The turndown service was also a nice touch. a perfect hotel for our special occasion.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Tokyo. The hotel is located on top of Mitsukoshimae Station, providing easy access to the Ginza and Hanzomon subway lines. The high-rise building offers breathtaking views of the Tokyo skyline. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

My stay at Mandarin Oriental was absolutely amazing. I was in Tokyo for a leisure trip and stayed for a week. The rooms were spacious and the hotel's location was perfect, connected to a train station and a mall. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even providing a prayer rug, Qur'an, and prayer times in the room. They also allowed us a late checkout and access to the spa after checking out. The food was delicious, especially the pizzas at the Italian restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us with restaurant reservations. it was the best hotel experience I have ever had.
