The resort feels like an art museum with tall ceilings and art everywhere. The Ocean View Premium room is worth it for the stunning views. The staff are helpful and solved a security issue. The location is incredible with kind staff and big, nicely decorated rooms. The hotel has a fantastic food and beverage menu.

We went on a romantic escape and found the resort quite serene. the friendly staff attended to our needs. the views were fantastic from the large and tastefully decorated rooms. the on-site restaurants provided a range of tasty food. the private beach was also a plus, offering ample sunbeds with free chilled water.

The hotel was quite remote, and we were unable to find any nearby things to do. the complimentary Wi-Fi offered was weak and unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected with friends and family.

The hotel design is AMAZING! The swimming pool and all the facilities nearby were perfect. The staff were very helpful, kind, and service-oriented. The architecture is both unique and extraordinary, with stunning interiors that make China's rich culture accessible. The spacious rooms offer breathtaking views, complemented by ample resort facilities and a beautiful beach. The three high-quality restaurants provide an excellent overview of Chinese cuisine and tasty international food at the barbecue.

Additionally, the hotel showcased original artwork with QR codes for more information about the artists.

One of the negatives was the remote location of the hotel. It was far from everything, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the breakfast place overlooking the sea view rooms. The restaurant's BBQ at night was simply amazing, and the pool was incredibly huge. The beach exceeded my expectations, making it a fantastic experience for Sanya standards. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, especially when I left my wallet in a public area. They went above and beyond to retrieve it for me, working with the police and stopping the culprit on the highway. It was an unbelievable display of customer care, and I give them 12 out of 10 for their outstanding efforts.
