The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially Katherine at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating to all our concerns.

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. It was frustrating that we couldn't keep the hotel toiletries provided for our use, as stated in the sign in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and perfect for a family of four. The location in Causeway Bay was fantastic, with easy access to the MTR and a beautiful view of Victoria Park and the Harbour. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and the in-house amenities were great. We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from the rooftop bar/restaurant and the excellent service at the Executive Lounge.

One minor inconvenience was having to ask for extra towels each day, as we were always left one short. Additionally, the reception initially only allowed a 1-hour late check-out and suggested buying another room which seemed more expensive.

I just spent four nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. The room was spacious for Hong Kong standards and had comfortable beds. The 24-hour gym and sauna were great, and the rooftop bar had an amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned properly every day, and the WiFi worked well. a stylish and convenient hotel with great amenities.

The staff provided excellent service, especially David, Brandon, Ishwan, and Mani. The location is central and accessible to transportation. The rooms are clean and the views of Victoria Park and the ocean are pleasant. The hotel provides ample bottled water. The Premium Deluxe room has a nice view and convenient amenities like a coffee machine.

Great location near public transportation and convenient for business meetings. The hotel had an upgrade option for a higher floor room with executive access, which included breakfast and evening cocktails. The executive lounge had fantastic views and excellent service.

Customer service was appalling. The manager lied about the availability of rooms and tried to charge extra for a few hours of rest before the room was ready.

The hotel is located on the edge of Causeway Bay, providing a stunning view of the harbor from its Sky bar. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large TV in the room and a spacious and luxurious washroom. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation options and a grocery store right beside it.

Plus, there is a beautiful park just outside the hotel, which provides a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel also has its own selection of bars and restaurants, making it easy to have a variety of dining options without leaving the premises.

There was only one staff member serving customers while the other staff members were casually chatting at the check-in counter. It took a while for the staff to respond to the queue and the service seemed disinterested and unfriendly.

The value for money was excellent, with newly renovated rooms and clean bedsheets. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the crowded and touristy Causeway Bay area, as well as being opposite the beautiful Victoria Park. The staff at the hotel, especially the private concierge on the Business Lounge floor, were top-class and provided exemplary service.

As a satisfied hotel guest, I recently stayed at Pullman in Causeway Bay for 3 nights during my family trip. The convenient location, just a 2-minute walk from Causeway Bay MTR station and across from Victoria Park, was a major plus. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view from the Skye rooftop bar. In addition, the friendly service staff, particularly Manager Leo, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The clean and refurbished rooms provided a pleasant and cozy environment. Despite a small hiccup with the reservation, Leo's kind gesture of upgrading our room exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money with a bright and comfortable renovated room on the 16th floor. The location was excellent, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the MTR station. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help me with any issues.
