We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shanghai. It offers a range of amenities and tech gadgets, including a unique 'nail dryer' feature. The gym and pool were great, although some of the staff at the gym entrance should improve their English-speaking skills. The live music throughout the hotel added to the enjoyable ambiance. The location of the hotel is in the most interesting and busy area of this city. The concierge and reception staff provided excellent service, treating us with great humanity and kindness. The hotel's restaurants were top class, and we particularly recommend trying the Chinese Restaurant, which we believe is the best in this country. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall facilities were stylish and luxurious. We highly recommend this hotel for its great breakfast and its friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay in this riverside hotel was an amazing experience. Situated in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods, we were delighted with the close proximity to shopping and tourist attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the gardens. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and efficient assistance from the concierge team. the breakfast was delicious and the facilities were top-notch, including a spectacular pool and spa.

We did encounter a minor disappointment with one aspect of the hotel's service that didn't meet our high expectations.

The food and beverage options at the hotel were disappointing. the cocktails and snacks at the bar were mediocre and didn't live up to expectations.

I especially loved the pre-programmed light settings and motorized window shades. The hotel's location is also a standout feature. The stunning views of the city skyline from my room were absolutely breathtaking. The staff, though not overly enthusiastic over the phone, were still polite and sincere.
