i had a lovely stay at Springhill Suites By Marriott San Diego for valentines day. my previous stay in carlsbad was good, but this one exceeded my expectations with an excellent location and friendly staff. the breakfast options were varied, offering everything we needed to start our day right.

the bathroom door had no lock.

The friendly staff made me feel at home, and I loved the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast included local treats, which was a delightful surprise each morning.

The brekkie was lekker, and the staff? Ag man, so friendly! Everyone really went out of their way to make our stay special. defs one of the best trips for the wedding we attended!

Just a bit of a schlep with the check-in, felt a bit slow, ya know? But nothing too serious, all in all it was a jol!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Check-in process was confusing, with unexpected fees that weren't explained upfront.

Legoland, and it's just a short stroll to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a kitchenette which was quite handy. Breakfast was decent, albeit basic. We loved the complimentary beach chairs. That said, a little updating wouldn't hurt!

Had a lovely stay for a wedding, the room was spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed. It was perfect for our crew to hang out together! Super comfy and clean too, which is always a bonus.

The Wi-Fi connection was as shaky as a toddler on a sugar rush. Plus, I’m still trying to figure out how a door managed to not have a lock—who knew we invited all those nosy ghosts?

super clean rooms and super friendly staff! parking was easy and close to everything we needed. the breakfast was really good, full of options to start the day! it’s right across from a nice seafood restaurant with a great view!

Loved the spacious room with a fridge and microwave—good for late-night snacks! The location's fab for Legoland and the beach. Tons of shops and restaurants nearby.

Just a heads up, the continental breakfast was standard if you enjoy a little mystery in your morning pastries. And then there's the old decor—'quaint' or 'outdated'? You decide!

Just a perfect match for taking strolls in Carlsbad with value for price. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with any questions. Don't forget to check out the nearby eateries that are only a short walk away.
