Island View House has a great location, right in the center of town and close to the pub. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with gorgeous views of the bay and mountains. The hosts are extremely helpful and provide information about the area and the best places to visit. The breakfast options are scrumptious, with choices like Irish full and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. The hospitality and attention to detail make this a remarkable stay.

In November, some amenities in the town may be closed due to the winter season.

This hotel on Roundstone's main street exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, with nice linens and all the facilities we needed. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious, with lots of options and variety to choose from.

The warm welcome and delicious scones made us feel right at home. Room 5 boasted the best view of our entire trip, and the comfortable accommodations were excellent value for money. The breakfast was fresh and delightful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

The view from room 5 was absolutely jaw-dropping, the best we had during our 16-day trip in Ireland. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the hosts, Aisling & Maurice, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mind-blowingly fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for exploring Connemara, Clifden, and Galway. The town nearby was picturesque and had great dining options. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a view of the sea. Incredible value for money!

The bed was a bit small for my 6ft+ partner and me, which made sleeping a bit difficult. However, this did not detract too much from our overall experience.
