The staff were lovely and very helpful, kind, efficient, and friendly. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation and close to a market for convenient shopping. the hotel provided free washing machines and dryers for guest use.

The room we stayed in was very dark and lacked natural light. the apartment was not soundproof, so it could get noisy during the day.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for getting around the city, with easy access to Causeway Bay and Taikoo Shing. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The rooms are well-equipped with all necessary items for cooking and daily necessities, and the cleanliness is well maintained.

The limited natural light in the rooms can make them feel dark and a bit depressing at times.
