We had a fantastic weekend getaway in a great apartment in a very central location. Residenza Spada provided everything we needed, including a kitchenette and fridge. The apartment was on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. We loved how close we were to Trastevere and all the main sites in Rome. We rented e-bikes through the Lime app and had a blast exploring the city at our own pace. The apartment even had a lovely outside terrace where we could relax in the evening. we highly recommend Residenza Spada for a Rome visit.

Residenza Spada exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was superb, within walking distance of major attractions and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after busy days of exploring. the room itself was spacious with ample storage, and the compact kitchen was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or light breakfast. the staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable information about the area and even offering a private shuttle service from the airport.

Residenza Spada is a true gem located in a central area, just a 1-minute walk to Campo di Fiori and a few minutes walk to Piazza Navona and Trastevere. the apartment is lovely and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. the staff at the reception desk is helpful and kind, and they were able to arrange our airport transfer. There is a nearby piazza where you can find local crafts, fruit, coffee, and smoothies in the morning, and a variety of restaurants, markets.

Great location, close to major attractions, good selection of nearby restaurants and cafes, comfortable beds. Easy access to Vatican and Forum/Colosseum within 15-20 minutes walk.

Residenza Spada was the perfect choice for my visit to Rome. the location was superb, with everything within walking distance. It was great to have excellent dining options nearby. the studio I stayed in was modern, fresh, and beautifully decorated. It was larger than your average European city hotel and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was sleek and stylish, newly renovated. the price I paid for such quality was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Residenza Spada to my friends and would definitely stay there again.
