The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel's location in the financial district of the city was perfect, with the subway station and Jing'An Temple just around the corner. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The spa facilities were fantastic, offering a wide range of therapies, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with delicious options from both Chinese and Western cuisines.

As an architect and interior designer, I was truly impressed by The Puli Hotel And Spa's masterpiece of contemporary design. The hi-tech and modern interior, along with the amazing architecture, made it a destination in itself. The corner suite room we were upgraded to was spacious and had separate areas for the restroom, walk-in wardrobe, living, and bed. The surrounding area, with the nearby Jing an temple and classy shopping malls, provided a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.

The suite had a stunning view of JingAn Park and the Shanghai skyline. Even though the interior design wasn't my favorite, the attention to detail impressed me. The hotel had great amenities, including a complimentary mini-bar and a delicious breakfast buffet. The location is ideal, close to both commercial and cultural destinations. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the major attractions and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any queries or requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything well-maintained and spotless. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel's spa facilities were also excellent, offering a wide range of treatments and services.

One downside was the deposit policy, which seemed a bit excessive and the refund process took much longer than expected. Another drawback was the lack of helpfulness from the staff, especially when it came to arranging local activities or transportation.

I absolutely loved the style and luxury of this hotel. The rooms were fantastically appointed with everything you could wish for, including the most amazing bathtub next to a giant window. The views of the city were breathtaking, especially at night with all the lights. The breakfast was delicious and the bar snacks in the evening were a real treat.

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about this hotel. The only downside was the price, but it was definitely worth it for the exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and fantastic amenities.

The hotel's location, just off a main boulevard, in the French Concession area, is fantastic. The room design, with sliding doors separating the bathroom/wardrobe area from the sleeping and dining area, is very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is excellent. The staff at the hotel is attentive and helpful.

The hotel itself was stylish and brand conscious, with excellent finishes. The attentive and helpful front office staff provided top-tier service.

Beautifully designed rooms with large bathrooms. Nice pool area. Room can be a bit cold but AC controls are stuck at 24 degrees. Staff is well-trained and friendly.
