The hotel's proximity to the airport and subway station was extremely convenient for exploring Shanghai. There was also a mall nearby for shopping and dining options. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff spoke excellent English, making it easy to communicate and navigate through our travel plans.

They did compensate by paying for the taxi from the airport to the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Pudong airport. The staff were extremely helpful and available, assisting us with additional services without any problem. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a shuttle that was never delayed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view. We also enjoyed the nearby mall, which provided a great option for walks during rainy days and various dining choices.

The Qube Hotel Shanghai - Pudong International Airport offered incredible value for money with a lovely bed, great room, and an amazing price. The location was perfect, just a short metro ride from the airport with a free shuttle service. The staff were fantastic, always cheerful and helpful, and spoke fluent English.

The only improvement that could be made would be to ensure that the breakfast boxes are ready on time for guests who need to leave early.

The room was luxurious and comfortable, with a "Western" mattress and a TV with English channels like BBC. the bathroom was excellent, with a huge tub and separate shower. the hotel's location was key, being very close to the metro and convenient for taking a flight out. the free shuttle service made it even more convenient, saving us from having to ride the metro with our bags.

That it took a long time by metro to get to downtown tourist sites. However, this was a tradeoff for being closer to the airport.
