I visited Poland for the first time and stayed at Hotel Galicja Wellness & Spa in Oswiecim for 2 nights. The Polish people were friendly and the staff at the hotel was extremely welcoming and professional. The food was excellent and the accommodations were beyond reproach. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. The spa facilities were included in the price and were a great addition to our stay. During our two-week trip through Poland, the Trattoria restaurant at Galicja Wellness & Spa was a standout experience. The delicious food and perfect atmosphere made it one of the best dining experiences of our trip. We stayed in both a single room and a triple room, both of which were comfortable and well-appointed. The triple room above the restaurant had a fantastic 70's and 80's music playing during the day, creating a pleasant summer ambiance. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog and the hotel's beautiful green gardens and seating areas.

The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging taxis for us whenever we needed to go out. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the massage I had was top-notch. The balcony in our room was a nice touch, perfect for unwinding. The hotel itself had a charming character, and the room was spacious and clean. The spa facilities looked great, although we didn't have time to use them. The free wifi worked seamlessly, and there was plenty of free parking available. The Polish restaurant on-site was friendly and served delicious food. a welcoming hotel with everything you need for a peaceful stay.

On certain nights, the hotel hosts events that can result in noise disturbances. We stayed on a warm Saturday evening when there was a wedding celebration, and the partying lasted until 4 a.m.

We recently spent New Year's at this spa resort and had a great experience. the rooms were spacious and clean, with nice amenities like music in the toilet and coffee/tea making facilities. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. We also enjoyed the two restaurants and spa facilities, which offered a variety of options at reasonable prices. the location was key, as it was very close to the attraction we were visiting. Additionally, the hotel had a free and secure car park, which added to the convenience of our stay.

One downside we noticed was that the heating in the rooms was slightly insufficient for the cold winter weather. It would be beneficial if the hotel invested in good air conditioning systems to improve the temperature control.

We got incredible value for our money at Galicja Wellness & Spa. The room was simply amazing, with a beautiful decor and all the facilities we needed. The location was great, especially since we wanted to visit Auswitch, and the staff treated us with genuine care and kindness.
