My partner and I recently had a wonderful stay at Raffles in Sanya. We were there for a relaxing beach vacation and stayed for a week. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The grounds were stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, multiple swimming pools, and a pristine beachfront. We loved the variety of dining options, with three restaurants to choose from and a poolside bar. Our room was luxurious, with elegant decor and a spacious balcony. The staff were incredibly helpful and even organized golf games for us. We can't wait to go back.

Top-Notch Service: From arrival to departure, the staff provided incredible hospitality. Gorgeous Hotel: The lobby and overall design of the hotel were stunning, with large windows and beautiful water elements. Spacious Villas: The two-bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded expectations, with multiple units, a private pool, kitchen, and patio.

Lack of Staff: There seemed to be a shortage of staff, resulting in delays and less attentive service. Crowded Breakfast: The breakfast area was often crowded, especially with families, making it difficult to find seating.

I had an amazing time at a beachfront hotel in Sanya. The spacious room had an ocean view with a balcony equipped with sun beds, dining table, and couch. The pool areas were perfect for kids, shaded by coconut trees. The meals at the Chinese and Italian restaurants were delicious, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection. The staff was attentive and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The beauty treatments were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The entertainment provided at the spa centre and karaoke room was of high quality. The room was well designed and the private facilities made it more comfortable. The location of the hotel offered amazing views of the gardens and sun terrace.

The only minor issue was that the menu had few vegetarian options and the existing drink options were limited. However, the staff went above and beyond by accommodating my dietary restrictions and the bar staff provided great service.
