I had an amazing stay at this mountain retreat. The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are reasonable considering its location in Switzerland. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, showing great attention to detail. The basic amenities provided were sufficient and the rooms with views of the mountains were a real highlight - waking up to such beautiful scenery was a dream. Additionally, the hotel's location near the Lake of Neuchatel was a definite plus, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy its natural beauty.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

If you're a bike rider like me, you'll love this hotel's location nestled in the mountains. It's so close to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for hitting the trails. The stylish restaurant is the perfect place to refuel after a day of biking, and the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved waking up to the stunning view of the Alps and lakes. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day off right.

The hotel could use some interior upgrades to match the beauty of its surroundings.
