This hotel had amazing service from the moment we walked in. the indoor swimming pool and leisure room were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. the room had exclusive amenities such as a luxurious shower and private facilities. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both great spots for a nightcap.

The breakfast was average, and only one person per room gets free breakfast. It was not worth the extra cost for the second person.

Great room size and cleanliness. the shower was also very enjoyable. the hotel was located near some popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation.

The unpleasant smell of smoke permeated the nonsmoking room, making it difficult to relax.

The room at Ramada was clean and spacious, with a nice shower. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Wendy, who went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. Despite a few minor issues, we had a great stay overall.

The morning reception staff, Nancy, is incredibly helpful, assisting with train tickets and providing valuable advice for first-time visitors. The room is spacious and impressive. The concierge, Wendy, is exceptionally friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guests' safety and comfort. Clean rooms and pleasant showers complete the enjoyable experience.
