The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is near very pleasant parks and just a stone's throw away from the subway. With several transportation options right next to the hotel, getting around the city is a breeze. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and cozy stay. Additionally, the on-site staff is wonderful, always ready to assist guests with any needs they may have.

The self check-in process can be quite difficult and time-consuming.

The location of our accommodation was perfect for our weekend in the city as it was only a short walk away from the train and tube station. our room was well-furnished with all the necessary equipment including a microwave oven and a coffee machine.

The machine was inaccessible due to a closed door and we had to wait for a fellow guest to open the gate for us. the placement of the TV was inconvenient for watching from the bed.

Clean, comfortable apartment with excellent wifi and easy check-in/check-out. Marco, the front desk attendant, went above and beyond in accommodating requests. Shower was great. Spacious room with modern decor and ample closet space.

The property was very clean and modern both inside and out. The air conditioning was fantastic, especially during the high temperatures. The kitchen equipment provided was a great asset to our trip. The location next to the train station allowed for easy navigation around the city.

The room was impeccably clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The location of the hotel couldn't be better, just a 3-minute walk to the train and tube station. The convenience of having a huge supermarket nearby was a major plus. The beds were comfortable and the overall experience was excellent.

Although the room was cleaned once during my 7-day stay, it would have been nice to have it cleaned more frequently, especially given the snowy weather outside. Additionally, the positioning of the TV in the room made it difficult to watch from the bed.
