Convenient access from Terminal 1. Trolleys provided for luggage. Staff speaks multiple languages. Swimming pools and lounges are excellent. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

No international outlets. Floor cleaning could improve.

My recent stay near the airport was perfect! the spacious room was super cozy. LOVED the wide selection at breakfast. Staff were so helpful. Would definitely choose it again! the room was even better than in photos. Can't wait to go back! .

The hotel is literally connected to the airport, making it super convenient – just a walk in a covered corridor. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially with our young kids during a one, day stopover. the location is ideal, with easy access to the bus and train stations, only a short taxi ride away from attractions like the cable car and Disneyland.

The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated, and the check, in process was slow. Also, limited food options for late, night arrivals can be inconvenient.
