We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being easily accessible on the north shore just off the promenade, and away from all the noise yet close to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with the host going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The housekeeping was top-notch, as our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, which added an extra touch of convenience and helped us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the spacious sitting area and the beautiful terrace with twinkly lights, providing a lovely spot to relax during the day or evening. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the flat-screen TV were additional perks that enhanced our stay.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to walk into the main attractions of the city. It is also conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to catch a tram or a taxi. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and a lovely view of the city. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast offers a good variety of options.

That the stairs in the hotel were quite steep and difficult to navigate, especially for guests with young children or heavy luggage.

Rossdene House was definitely worth the money. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. The staff, particularly William, treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The place was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing. The check-in was easy, and our room, number 5, was perfect with a lovely walk-in shower. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I can't thank William enough for making my birthday special and even baking a cake for me. The location was great, just a stroll into town and close to the beach. a top-class experience at Rossdene House.

The bed was luxurious, and the breakfast was fantastic with quality produce. The location is great, a stroll into the town center and just minutes from the beach. Exceptional value for money. The owner was a lovely gentleman, treating my special needs boys kindly and providing great information. We had an awesome time and would stay again.
