We had a great experience at Rio. The staff were friendly and the hotel was new and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the shuttle bus service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The slot machines at the Rio were a lot of fun, and we even received free drinks as we played. it was a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality and spacey rooms.

Value for money was great, got upgraded to a spacious deluxe room that made us feel like millionaires. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to old town and the ferry terminal. The staff, especially Jayson Refuerzo, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Thank you, Rio!

rio was even better than my last stay in macau - spacious room, great location, and an excellent swimming pool. overall, a pleasant stay and will definitely return next time!

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the standard room. The bathroom was large and had a tub and shower. The room also had a nice counter space and big bed. The bay windows with cushioned seats were a lovely touch. I appreciate the complimentary water, coffee, tea, and bathroom amenities provided. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to transportation through the complimentary shuttle service. The pool area had a nice view and the pool itself was large enough for a good swim. The staff, particularly Ronald the bell boy, were extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pillows and beds were not very comfortable and there were extra charges for requesting additional blankets and pillows. The breakfast was ordinary and the casino lacked atmosphere and enjoyment.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lifts were often crowded and the long queues at the ground floor lift lobby were quite inconvenient.
