I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's attention to detail and charming colonial style. The interior decor, from the wallpaper to the furnishings, really transported me back in time. The rooms were tastefully decorated and had a cozy, nostalgic vibe. I particularly loved the small balcony that offered beautiful views of the sea. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but still conveniently close to the ferry terminal and Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free WiFi was a nice added bonus. this hotel provided great value for money and was a delightful place to stay.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near a nice shopping area and surrounded by towering casinos. It is also conveniently close to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with Victorian-style decor. The staff are very helpful and polite, and went out of their way to assist guests in finding tickets to a sold-out show. The breakfast spread is good, and the hotel is well-maintained.

One downside is that there is no swimming pool at the hotel.

Great location near popular tourist attractions and helpful reception and concierge. The Victorian decor and antique furnishings added a touch of charm to the rooms.

Front desk staff often seemed uninformed and unhelpful. We had trouble getting accurate information about the shuttle service and some of the employees were rude.
