I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was a bit difficult to access by car if you are not familiar with the area, but it was close to a bus station that led to the city center. The room was clean and the furniture was in good condition. The breakfast options were fabulous, and the staff in the kitchen were incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay here.

I would highly recommend this place to others. The service was great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Madrid and had a great experience. The room and cleaning were both satisfactory, and the furniture was in good condition. The breakfast was fabulous, with a kind and friendly kitchen staff. I also appreciated the ample amount of plugs in the room for charging devices. The hotel's staff was helpful, and despite being occasionally understaffed, they did their best to assist guests. The location was fantastic, with the metro and various attractions within walking distance. The views from the terrace were particularly enjoyable at sunset.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with plenty of plugs for charging devices. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options are delicious. Additionally, guests have access to a spa for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel lacks certain amenities such as a bar, pool, and gym, which were advertised in the photos but are currently under construction.

The room was satisfactory. The spa was closed for our entire stay. We would have chosen a closer hotel if we had known. The first room had a slight odor, but the second room was better. The morning cleaning service was a bit noisy. The breakfast had a great selection and room service was quick. The housekeeping staff were friendly.

The staff was friendly and welcoming during check-in, and the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions, which saved a lot of time and hassle.

The hotel lacked basic amenities that are usually expected from a decent hotel. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, and there were limited options for food and drinks on the premises.
