We spent our thanksgiving at this fabulous hotel and it was one of the best experiences we had. the location was perfect, just a short walk from a beautiful lake and with a subway station right next door, we were able to explore the city with ease. the pool and sauna were fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing there every evening. the staff were helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.

During my stay at Shangri-La Nanjing, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was well-managed and everything was in excellent condition. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, ensuring that every detail was taken care of to make my stay comfortable. I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by Miss Melinde, the General Manager. She was on top of everything, from food arrangements to making guests feel at home. The hotel provided a high level of cleanliness and comfort, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The high-speed WiFi and comfortable rooms were perfect for business travelers like me, especially after long meetings. The hotel also offered quality fruit in the rooms, which was a nice touch. Although there were a few areas for improvement, such as grooming and room service, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities. I had a great and comfortable stay at Shangri-La Nanjing and would definitely come back on my next visit to the city.

The hotel has a fantastic lake view, with upgraded rooms on the upper floors. The windows offer a wide and open view of the lake, and the breakfast selection is wonderful. I highly recommend visiting the 四方現代美術館, a tour spot that showcases architectural masterpieces by renowned architects. It's a must-visit in Nanjing.

This hotel has exceptional hospitality, providing warm and unforgettable experiences. Special occasions were well catered to with birthday cakes delivered to both restaurants and guest rooms. the staff, particularly Eve and her colleagues, were friendly and customer-oriented, making the stay luxurious and exclusive.

The hotel needs some refurbishment, as we noticed worn and faded furniture throughout. We also experienced a minor issue with flashing LED lights in our room that disrupted our sleep.
