On the positive side, the hotel's location was key for me. It was conveniently located next to the railway station, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the hotel. the hotel reception was also warm and helpful, allowing me to check in early and start my city tour. Lastly, the hotel room, although a bit aged, was up to the standard I expected from a prestigious hotel chain. my stay at the hotel was enjoyable despite the negative aspects mentioned earlier.

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Shenzhen for a last-minute shopping trip to Lowu shopping center. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk away. I was delighted to be upgraded to a huge room upon check-in. The service was exceptional, with attentive waitresses during breakfast who made me feel special. The hotel also had a beautiful hair salon where I got a blowout at an unbelievably affordable price. The value, 5-star service, and grand beauty of the hotel were magnificent. I can't wait to book a girls' weekend here and explore more shopping options.

During my recent business trip, there were several aspects of my stay that I really liked. the hotel's location was perfect for my needs. Additionally, the hotel provided exceptional breakfast options with a wide variety of delicious dishes. the mix of Asian and Western cuisine, along with the traditional continental breakfast, was a delightful start to my mornings. Lastly, the hotel's WiFi access was a standout feature for me. Unlike many other hotels, it allowed access to Google and meta services, which was extremely convenient for my work purposes.

The buffet at Shangri-La Shenzhen was slightly expensive, but the variety of food options was impressive. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge, clean, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The staff at the reception desk, concierge, and in the business lounge provided excellent and warm service throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the Metro station and within a 10-minute walk from the train station and border with Hong Kong was very convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to a great shopping mall where we could find almost anything we needed. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that was a perfect place to relax.
