Lastly, the hotel room, although a bit aged, was up to the standard I expected from a prestigious hotel chain. my stay at the hotel was enjoyable despite the negative aspects mentioned earlier.

I was delighted to be upgraded to a huge room upon check-in. The service was exceptional, with attentive waitresses during breakfast who made me feel special. The hotel also had a beautiful hair salon where I got a blowout at an unbelievably affordable price. The value, 5-star service, and grand beauty of the hotel were magnificent. I can't wait to book a girls' weekend here and explore more shopping options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge, clean, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The staff at the reception desk, concierge, and in the business lounge provided excellent and warm service throughout our stay. The hotel's location near the Metro station and within a 10-minute walk from the train station and border with Hong Kong was very convenient. We also appreciated the proximity to a great shopping mall where we could find almost anything we needed. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool that was a perfect place to relax.
