The Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel offers an exceptional afternoon tea for two. The presentation and flavors are outstanding, with gourmet snacks and delicious confectionary desserts of very fine quality. It's a perfect option for vegetarians and vegans.

My recent stay at Sheraton was for leisure, and I stayed here for a few days. The suite I was allocated was comfortable and all the services were in good working order. While the AC in the room could have been cooler, it was still satisfactory. The hotel granted my request for a late check out, which was extremely helpful for my night flight. Access to the lounge on the 35th floor was definitely worth the extra cost, with a happy hour offering delicious snacks and free drinks. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of Western dishes, including cheese and pastries. The hotel also provided a peaceful retreat from the pollution outside. I am very pleased with the service provided by the staff, particularly Donna Zhang, Joe, and Bill Su, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

The lounge on the 35th floor had a worthwhile happy hour with snacks and free drinks. The hotel went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious and well, maintained rooms. the amenities provided were exactly what I expected from a high, quality hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb. Just a 5, minute walk from Tian Fu Square and with the subway station right on its doorstep, it was incredibly convenient. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed the welcome fruit and sweets that were provided in the room. It was a delightful touch that added to the overall experience.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the language skills of the personnel. Although they were friendly and helpful, there were times when the language barrier made communication a bit difficult.
