The Sheraton Chengdu Lido Hotel offers an exceptional afternoon tea for two. The presentation and flavors are outstanding, with gourmet snacks and delicious confectionary desserts of very fine quality. It's a perfect option for vegetarians and vegans.

Felt very secure, no complaints at all.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and coffee shops in the downtown area. Additionally, the concierge service provided by Joe and his colleagues was excellent, with efficient arrangements for taxis.

The lack of functioning air conditioning in the room was a major drawback. Despite several requests to fix the issue, there was no response from the management, and no alternative solutions were offered.

The suite had functional services and a tolerable AC. The staff, specifically Donna, Joe, and Bill, were warm and patient, even helping with technical issues. The lounge on the 35th floor had a worthwhile happy hour with snacks and free drinks. The hotel went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

As a budget traveler, I really enjoyed the convenient location next to the subway station and walking distance to TianFu Square. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also excellent with a wide variety of options for everyone.
