the spa and wellness center was top-notch, providing excellent massages and a serene spa lounge. the indoor swimming pool is magnificent, surrounded by a stunning garden area that created a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. the restaurant offered special diet menus, making it easy for me to enjoy delicious food while sticking to my dietary needs. Lastly, I was delighted with the exclusive private facilities provided in my room, including a comfortable leisure/TV room and a spacious bathroom with a steam room and a Jacuzzi.

the hotel responded to my concern promptly and kindly sent a technician to fix the issue.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: Friendly staff who were always willing to help, comfortable and modern rooms with great amenities such as a large bathtub and a powerful shower, and a fantastic fitness center with plenty of equipment to use.

The location of the room was also tricky to find, down narrow corridors with thick carpet which made it hard to roll my luggage.
