I recently stayed at a hotel in a very quiet upmarket area of Madrid and had a splendid experience. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with rooms that boasted en-suite facilities and were kept immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory and there is nothing I believe could be improved.

Great room size, daily maid service, English proficient reception. Lots of windows, good AC. Nice and accommodating staff, easy tele-reception check-in. Excellent location, clean and spacious flat with appropriate furniture. Huge bathtub, plenty of hot water with great pressure. Abundant parking, clean and quiet complex. Comfortable furniture in living room, lots of space and storage in bedrooms. Easy-to-use kitchen with modern appliances. bright and clean bathrooms. Conveniently located near supermarket and restaurants. Lovely grass areas for kids and dogs. Nice reception staff, nice rooms.

The check-in process is automated and confusing, causing frustration and wasted time for guests.

During my Easter trip, I found the hotel to be spacious and comfortable. The rooms were neat and the furniture was cozy, which made my stay relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was situated near a supermarket, which was convenient when I needed to buy groceries. the hotel was located close to the train station, which was very beneficial and saved me the trouble of renting a car.

There were aspects of my stay that I didn't like. The kitchen was not well-equipped and lacked basic supplies, which made cooking impossible.
