For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was clean and spacious with a big balcony. The beach and sea were breathtaking, and the outdoor areas were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Special shoutout to Annie Huang at the check-in counter for her efficient and professional service, and to Manager Derek for being super helpful and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site shop for our everyday needs.

We were delighted to be upgraded to a beach view room upon arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The AC kept the room pleasantly cool throughout our stay. The complimentary water bottles and in-room tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was extensive and offered a variety of options. The beach was peaceful, with warm blue waters. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. we had a wonderful honeymoon experience at Sheraton Sanya Resort.

During my Easter holiday, I had the chance to stay at a beachfront resort in Sanya. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from the hotel grounds. the facilities at the resort were also impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a private beach for guests to enjoy. the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa services offered at the resort. I treated myself to a relaxing massage and it was absolutely perfect, providing the ultimate relaxation during my vacation.

I was quite disappointed with the food options at the resort. the menu lacked variety and the quality of the dishes was subpar.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Yalong Bay for a few days and it was a delightful experience. The staff, especially Dick Yi and Penny, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. The beach access was great, with multiple pools to choose from and delicious drinks. The activities for children were a bonus and the Chinese restaurant served delightful food. The breakfast spread was out of this world. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with a great shower and tub. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and upgrading our room for my comfort as a pregnant guest. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. The hotel facilities were great, with a Western restaurant that had the appearance of a coffee shop. The location was perfect, right on the Yalong Bay beach, surrounded by lush vegetation. The breakfast was out of this world, offering a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were always available to assist us.

The hotel had a prime location by the beach, which was perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful views. the staff at the hotel were helpful and always had a smile on their faces, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

One downside of the hotel was the limited dining options, with only two restaurants available - one for Chinese cuisine and one for Western cuisine. Another negative aspect was the occasional presence of government meetings or activities, which could make the atmosphere feel less relaxing and peaceful for guests.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This luxurious hotel offers exclusive amenities to its guests. the outdoor swimming pool is simply amazing, and sun loungers are available to enjoy the sun. the beach access is really convenient, only a few steps away. We also enjoyed the high, quality service provided by the staff, who were always ready to surpass our expectations. the spa & wellness centre offers top, of, the, line massage therapies to the guests.

One minor issue is that the breakfast lounge was too crowded, so it was hard to find a table early in the morning. this does not affect the overall experience of this hotel, and all other aspects compensates for it.

The pool area was nice and there were complementary smoothies and fruit offered. the beach was also nice and not crowded. the location was great with easy access to nearby restaurants.

The room was run down and not very clean. the towels and linens were stained and the air conditioning didn't work very well.

Wonderful location, great beach and swimming area, multiple swimming pools, fun inflatable ninja course for kids, relaxing infinity pool.

The staff at Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort were incredibly helpful and understanding, making us feel right at home. The service was impeccable, and the hands-on GM, Ulf, ensured everything ran smoothly for all guests. We were so pleased with our stay that we extended it from four to eight days. The hotel offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, perfect for families with children.

The pool area at Sheraton was fantastic, with plenty of activities for both children and adults. We enjoyed riding the Segways along the beach and the convenience of charging it directly to our room. The beach itself was beautiful and well-maintained. The resort had a mature and sophisticated atmosphere, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The availability of tennis courts was an added bonus. it was a great experience.

Despite these minor drawbacks, overall, I would recommend Sheraton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort. The fantastic pool area, beautiful beach, and spacious rooms make it a great choice for a beach vacation.
