The location is fantastic, right next to the Tangqiao metro station, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The breakfast buffet offers a great spread of both continental and Chinese options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nicely spaced out bathroom. The service is friendly and accommodating, and there is a piano bar for snacks. it's a convenient and enjoyable experience.

The decor in some areas of the hotel feels a bit dated, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

During my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel, I was impressed by its excellent location, with the metro and a shopping mall nearby. The convenience of accessing transportation and amenities made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the room temperature being centrally controlled and the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton and was impressed by its central location. Being in the heart of Pudong District allowed me to easily explore the Huangpu River and nearby attractions. The service provided by the duty manager, Miss Winnie He, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay.

The value for money was great and the room was cozy with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, right by the subway, making sightseeing easy. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service.

Nothing it is perfect.

Great service from the lobby bar team. They were excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I had a good experience as an SPG Platinum member with a nice upgrade and access to the lounge. The lounge food and service were good. The hotel's location right in front of the metro station is very convenient. The hotel's foyer and common areas are well presented.
