Amazing service, flexible late check-out, great location, value for money, special breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton and was impressed by its central location. Being in the heart of Pudong District allowed me to easily explore the Huangpu River and nearby attractions. The service provided by the duty manager, Miss Winnie He, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay.

The value for money was great and the room was cozy with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, right by the subway, making sightseeing easy. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service.

The breakfast menu could have had more options.

Nothing it is perfect.

Great service from the lobby bar team. They were excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I had a good experience as an SPG Platinum member with a nice upgrade and access to the lounge. The lounge food and service were good. The hotel's location right in front of the metro station is very convenient. The hotel's foyer and common areas are well presented.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Checkin and checkout were efficient. The hotel had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. The front desk staff provided excellent service. The pick-up service was timely and comfortable. The swimming pool and gym were perfect.
