I recently stayed at the Sheraton and was impressed by its central location. Being in the heart of Pudong District allowed me to easily explore the Huangpu River and nearby attractions. The service provided by the duty manager, Miss Winnie He, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction during my stay.

The value for money was great and the room was cozy with all necessary amenities. The location was convenient, right by the subway, making sightseeing easy. The staff were accommodating and provided excellent service.

The breakfast menu could have had more options.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We were in Shanghai for a business trip and stayed at Sheraton for five nights. The room was incredibly spacious, located on the 20th floor with breathtaking views of the city. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, allowing us to have a relaxing stay. We even ended up spending our first day in the room, enjoying the comfort and ordering room service. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Shanghai for a few nights and had a great experience. The service was amazing, with the staff being very flexible and accommodating. They allowed me a late check-out without any issues, which was greatly appreciated as my flight was in the midnight. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right next to a subway station, making it convenient to explore the city. Another positive aspect was the restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious evening meal and breakfast. The breakfast assortment was excellent, catering to everyone's needs, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The waiter at dinner spoke great English, and the vegetable curry I had was superb. Additionally, the concierge, Jason, was extremely helpful and understood our needs perfectly.

Great service from the lobby bar team. They were excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I had a good experience as an SPG Platinum member with a nice upgrade and access to the lounge. The lounge food and service were good. The hotel's location right in front of the metro station is very convenient. The hotel's foyer and common areas are well presented.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Tangqiao metro station, making it easy to explore Shanghai. The breakfast buffet offers a great spread of both continental and Chinese options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nicely spaced out bathroom. The service is friendly and accommodating, and there is a piano bar for snacks. it's a convenient and enjoyable experience.

During my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel, I was impressed by its excellent location, with the metro and a shopping mall nearby. The convenience of accessing transportation and amenities made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the room temperature being centrally controlled and the lack of variety in the breakfast buffet, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
