Additionally, the metro station is only a 10-minute stroll from the lobby, providing convenient transportation options. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom concept, with a shared bathtub between the bedroom and bathroom, adds a nice touch of coziness. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are amazing, catering to all styles and tastes. the hotel offers great value for money.

One drawback is the noise from the construction going on in front of the hotel, combined with traffic, which can be a bit noisy at times.

Luxurious exclusive amenities and impeccable service We stayed in a suite here with access to the club, and it was absolutely worth it. the indoor swimming pool and garden area are beautifully designed and well, maintained. the room was spacious, with exclusive amenities such as a comfortable king, size bed and an in, room breakfast service. the bar and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the dinner was delicious with plenty of options, including special diet menus.

Minor communication issue One minor issue was the communication with the staff. We made some inquiries through email, but we never received any feedback.

We had a wonderful weekend staycation at the Sheraton in Shenzhen. The suite we stayed in had a fantastic view of the city and the Lounge access was a great perk. The food and service at the Lounge were excellent, and the staff even prepared a birthday cake for my husband.
