As a group of friends, we loved the comfortable bungalows over the jungle river, the friendly staff, and the marina for boat lovers. The maze-like walkways and bridges were fun to explore, and the private boat tour to Lake Izabal and Rio Dulce was one of the best we've ever had. The pool area was relaxing, and the food and cocktails were delicious.

We felt most welcome during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed at a fabulous jungle hotel with a perfect location in a quiet marina. From there, we could explore the beautiful river and witness the incredible wildlife, including alligators. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy sanctuary after a long day of adventure. The friendly staff ensured that our every need was met and even recommended an amazing boat tour to Livingston or up to the lake. The facilities, such as the pool and dining area, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel seemed to be short-staffed in the kitchen and bar, which affected the service during peak hours. However, the dedicated team did their best to accommodate everyone's needs, but more hands on deck would have been greatly appreciated.
