The hotel is located in a rather quiet area, but with easy access to most tourist areas. For instance, Sea World in Shekou is just a short 30-minute car ride away, depending on traffic. Additionally, the metro station is only a 10-minute stroll from the lobby, providing convenient transportation options. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom concept, with a shared bathtub between the bedroom and bathroom, adds a nice touch of coziness. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are amazing, catering to all styles and tastes. the hotel offers great value for money.

One drawback is the noise from the construction going on in front of the hotel, combined with traffic, which can be a bit noisy at times.

Luxurious exclusive amenities and impeccable service

We stayed in a suite here with access to the club, and it was absolutely worth it. The indoor swimming pool and garden area are beautifully designed and well-maintained. The room was spacious, with exclusive amenities such as a comfortable king-size bed and an in-room breakfast service. The bar and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the dinner was delicious with plenty of options, including special diet menus.

One minor issue was the communication with the staff. We made some inquiries through email, but we never received any feedback.

Great room with amazing view from high floors. the food and drinks at the lounge were excellent. the hotel's location was convenient since it was close to many tourist spots.

The noise from the construction nearby was unbearable and made it hard to sleep. the staff was unresponsive to my requests, and the temperature control in the room was inconvenient and fiddly.

We had a wonderful weekend staycation at the Sheraton in Shenzhen. The suite we stayed in had a fantastic view of the city and the Lounge access was a great perk. The food and service at the Lounge were excellent, and the staff even prepared a birthday cake for my husband. The hotel is located in a quiet area with easy access, and the rooms were very clean and modern. The breakfast spread was amazing, with options for all styles. it was a great value for money and we highly recommend this hotel.
