The view from the room was breathtaking, with a stunning cityscape and beautiful coastline. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel provided excellent Wi-Fi throughout the property, perfect for staying connected during my stay.

There were some drawbacks to my experience. the hotel was quite outdated and in need of renovations.

Location was good, being near several malls within walking distance. Also, the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was great for daily meals.

The service and amenities left a lot to be desired. Our party of three did not receive enough amenities for the room. At checkout, they swiped my credit card without showing me the bill. The overall service and attention to detail could definitely use some improvement.

During our recent stay at the Sheraton hotel in Xiamen, we had a lovely experience. The hotel lobby was impressive with its clean and spacious sitting area, welcoming us with a warm ambiance. Our suite was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a king-size bed and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained, with a rain shower and ample toiletries provided.

In-room breakfast was a delightful experience.

The hotel can improve its service. Although the staff is friendly and accommodating, they can be slow to respond to requests.
