Couldn't find any faults at all.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. the bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to various attractions and had a stunning view of the nearby city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay more enjoyable with their excellent service.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and not very accommodating.

We were especially impressed when my partner left his phone at the concierge and the hotel kept it safe for us until we could claim it. The hotel amenities were also excellent, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy king-size bed and a nice sofa set up. The bathroom was also big, with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options, including Western bread and Chinese buns. The view from our room's balcony was breathtaking, with sparkling lights in the distance and a refreshing sea breeze. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the nearby convention center.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room's balcony provides a lovely view of the dazzling lights in Macau at night, accompanied by a comforting sea breeze. The hotel's furniture fixtures are excellent and the location is calm and relaxing. The staff are accommodating, helpful, and trustworthy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located down the river, offering a beautiful view of the bridges and buildings at night. It is also near the convention center, making it convenient for business travelers. However, it is not within walking distance of any restaurants or shops. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, with river views available for an extra cost. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers free WiFi throughout. there is a shopping center located a 20-minute taxi ride away.

There were some issues with the room cleaning, which resulted in a disorganized and inconvenient experience during the stay.

Enjoyed my Easter stay with my family. the hotel had amazing views of the nearby bridge and Macau. the hotel's outdoor pool was a lot of fun for the kids on sunny days. the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions.

At times, the service could have been better as there were a few instances where we had to wait for staff to assist us. some of the areas in the hotel could have been kept cleaner.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were pristine, and the sun loungers and garden area were perfect for relaxation. the private facilities provided in the room were top-notch, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were outstanding.

this minor issue paled in comparison to the overall fantastic experience we had at this hotel.
