Excellent facilities, helpful and attentive staff. Good range of both western and Asian food and beverages. Well-placed for accessing Macau. an excellent property.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. the bed was cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to various attractions and had a stunning view of the nearby city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made my stay more enjoyable with their excellent service.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and not very accommodating.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options, including Western bread and Chinese buns. The room's balcony provides a lovely view of the dazzling lights in Macau at night, accompanied by a comforting sea breeze. The hotel's furniture fixtures are excellent and the location is calm and relaxing. The staff are accommodating, helpful, and trustworthy, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed my Easter stay with my family. the hotel had amazing views of the nearby bridge and Macau. the hotel's outdoor pool was a lot of fun for the kids on sunny days. the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions.

At times, the service could have been better as there were a few instances where we had to wait for staff to assist us. some of the areas in the hotel could have been kept cleaner.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were pristine, and the sun loungers and garden area were perfect for relaxation. the private facilities provided in the room were top-notch, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were outstanding.

this minor issue paled in comparison to the overall fantastic experience we had at this hotel.
